KUMUKA INTRODUCES VOLCANIC ASH GUARANTEE

Following the recent volcanic activity in Iceland, Kumuka is offering all clients intending to book a European tour a guaranteed 100% refund on their tour if they cannot get to the starting point of their tour. A full refund will be offered to clients unable to join their Kumuka European tour if the airline cancels flights preventing travel.

Passengers must immediately advise Kumuka if they will not be travelling as "no-show" passengers will not be entitled to a refund. This guarantee applies to Kumuka’s Central Europe, Mediterranean and Greece Tours only and is for bookings made between May 24 and June 30.

Turkey Tours are Excluded.
