Eligibility:
The Contest is open to all individuals, who are legal residents of Canada of the age of majority in their province of residence. Employees and representatives of Sunwing Vacations Inc./Vacances Sunwing Inc. ("Sunwing"), its subsidiary and/or affiliated companies, and their immediate family members (spouse,
siblings, children) are not eligible to participate. The Contest operates in two stages. Stage One begins on 04 January 2011 at 12:01am EDT, and ends on 18 January 2011 at 11:59pm EDT. Residents of Quebec are
not eligible for entry in Stage One. Stage two begins 19 January 2011 at 12:01am EDT, and ends on 31 January 2011 at 11:59pm EDT (the "Contest Closing Date").

Twenty-eight (28) draws will take place, from all eligible entries received by 5:00 pm EDT each day during the Contest period. Stage One will consist of fifteen (15) draws and Stage Two of thirteen (13) draws. Draws
will take place the following business day at 10:00am EDT for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday prizes. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday prizes the draws will take place each Monday at 10:00am EDT.
Draws will be held at the offices of Sunwing Vacations, 27 Fasken Drive, Toronto, ON M9W 1K6. For Stage Two, information about the draws is also available from Vacances Sunwing, 7785 Côte-de-Liesse Ouest, Ville St-Laurent, Québec H4T 1G3. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.

How to WIN
In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone. Within four (4) days following each draw, a representative of Sunwing will notify the selected entrant by telephone at the telephone number provided on the booking or on their mailed entry form. If the selected entrant cannot be reached by telephone within two (2) days from the initial call, all of his or her rights to the prize shall be forfeited and an alternative entry will be randomly drawn on the third
(3rd) day and the process of contacting such alternative selected entrant will be repeated until the prize is awarded.
As a condition of winning and accepting the prize, the winner shall sign, and cause his or her designated travel companion(s) to sign a declaration and release, in the form requested by Sunwing confirming compliance with the Contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing Sunwing and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from all liability arising in connection with the Contest and the prize. The aforementioned declaration and release form must be returned to Sunwing within seven (7) days of receipt by the winner. If these conditions are not satisfied, the prize shall be forfeited.
