Sunquest Protection Factor is valid for: Booking Dates: May 21 - Oct 31, 2014 Travel Dates: Dec 18, 2014 - Apr 30, 2015.Effective on new files booked May 21, 2014 until October 31, 2014, for departures December 18, 2014 to April 30, 2015. Valid on new bookings only. Client must register their file online within 10 days of booking. Sunquest Protection Factor claims must be requested by phone during Sunquest call centre business hours while a price drop is in effect, and the same number of seats must be available to qualify for the Sunquest Protection Factor. Refund request must be made more than 30 days prior to departure; requests within 30 days of departure do not qualify. Client can claim one Sunquest Protection Factor per booking. Sunquest will refund the difference between the higher and lower rate to a maximum of $400 per adult, and $200 per child, with a per room maximum of $1000. Sunquest Protection Factor is only applicable to the same package: departure date, duration, gateway, destination, hotel, room category, meal plan, airline, flight numbers, seat classes and flight routing. The Sunquest Protection Factor is not applicable to cruise, USA destinations, Sandals, Beaches or Grand Pineapple Resorts, group bookings, land-only bookings, “SuperSaver” discounts or promotions, custom-built or deviation bookings, or any other prices not available on the Sunquest website. If the Sunquest Protection Factor is approved, the refund will be based on the original form of payment. The lower price per person (including taxes) must be at least $50 less than the original price per person (including taxes) in order to qualify for the Sunquest Protection Factor. The Sunquest Protection Factor is subject to change with or without notice and can be withdrawn at any time.
